P is taken depending on the type of room:
- old building P = 0.1 kW
- old building insulated P = 0.07 kW
- new building with good insulation P = 0.05 kW
S we take only the living area, and if the room is on the first or last floor (or it is a detached building) then we take the total area.

This calculation is indicative.
